This hotel offers an amazing experience with a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful grounds that feel like a natural oasis. The staff is incredibly attentive and aims to make every guest feel special. However, my stay was marred by a serious issue with the room type I booked, as I ended up with a downgrade. Dining options could also be improved, as the menu felt a bit monotonous at times. Overall, great for relaxation but there were a few bumps along the way.

My stay at Casa Velas was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, the personalized service made us feel right at home. The resort is a serene oasis with beautiful grounds and a quiet atmosphere perfect for relaxation. While the evening turn down service was inconsistent and a couple of meals at Emilianos fell short of expectations, the overall experience was fantastic, and I can’t wait to return.
